Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy – Luxma Tennis Academy

At Luxma Tennis Academy, we strive to ensure that every purchase —whether a physical or digital product— meets the highest quality standards.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, here are our policies

✅ PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn or washed.

  • It is kept in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

How to return a product:

  2. We will send you the return instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

    The process may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

    📌 Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    🔁 EXCHANGES

    • You may exchange a product for another (size, color, or model) within 15 days of delivery, as long as it is unusedand in its original packaging.

    • The customer will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.


    ⚠️ WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:

    • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

    • Items on sale or clearance.

    • Customized or special-order items.


    💻 DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks, PDFs, and Online Courses)

    • Once the download link or access has been sent, no returns or refunds will be accepted, unless the file is corrupted or the access has technical issues attributable to our platform.

    • If you encounter a technical problem, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it.
